An online resource site for youth development leaders and practitioners to support programs centered on the assets of BIPOC youth and their communities. Mimi Ito led the design, editorial work, and curation for the site, in collaboration with the team for the Equitable Futures Innovation project that she served as sole PI during the period that this resource was developed. It includes original resources such as framework, activity guide, and case studies developed by the project, as well as other online resources.
